Our aim and objective is to provide modern hotel services which are adaptable to the continuously increasing demand of the Greek and international markets for high quality standards.

We strive to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers for quality that is secured, consistent and in compliance with applicable statutory legislation requirements and related stakeholders.

This is achieved through the adoption, assessment and conformance of the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015.

These objectives are systematically reviewed and evaluated by company administration.

Company Management is committed to ensuring that all staff members understand, implement and adhere to the procedures set by quality management system standards, on a daily basis.
For this reason, we provide employees the necessary products and equipment according to the quality levels of the hotel together with continuous training and development.

Simultaneously, to ensure the full application of the quality management system and its continuous effectiveness, we apply a control mechanism which is comprised of the measurement, recording and evaluation of performance indicators of our processes and the implementation of specific corrective and improvement plans.

Administration and management are committed to the Quality Management Policy and will ensure that this policy is comprehended, implemented and adhered to by all levels of the organization, and applies to the following hotels:
